    What a tenth is

    A tenth is 1 of 10 equal parts of a whole.

    Tenth: 1 of 10 equal parts of a whole. You write 1 tenth as 0.1.

    Watch rods and cubes add and multiply

    Trade: 10 tenths make 1 whole. You can trade 10 cubes for 1 rod, or 1 rod for 10 cubes.
