Data is a set of numbers that answer a question.

Watch the towers sort and share
Median: the middle value in order. Mode: the value that occurs most often. Range: the greatest value minus the least value. Mean: the value of each tower when you share the cubes equally.
Try it
Make the towers equal
- Click a tower button to take the top cube.
- Click a different tower button to put the cube on that tower.
- Move cubes until all 5 towers are the same height.
- Read the mean. Click "New towers" to play again.
